I made a tutu and you can too too

You will need tulle and a crochet headband;
you can find both in the wedding section of Michael's.

Find something to use to hold and stretch out the headband for you.

Cut the tool in equal lengths and pull it half way through the
 hole in the bottom row of the headband.

Tie it in a knot twice.

Keep going all the way around. 
For a fluffier tutu add tulle to the next row on the headband.

 For this one I only did the bottom row.
The taller the tutu wearer the longer the pieces 
the tulle should be cut.

  1. I'm totally in love with this! I wonder if i can convince my sons to wear one of these if i made it? lol. Victoria is so pretty, that picture of her at the end is the best!
